Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and manage our key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with key clients. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with key clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market that may impact key accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the Automotive sector is preferred
