We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive specializing in used vehicles. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our inventory of pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales contracts and secure deals with customers
- Work closely with the finance and insurance teams to finalize transactions
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on used vehicles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers
- Knowledge of automotive sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
