Job Title: Sales Trainer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automotive Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and soft skills training, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the automotive industry. The Sales trainer will deliver sales training and development interventions of employees in order to coordinate and process training and development transactions accurately and timeously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, and other key areas related to automotive sales.
- Conduct sales training sessions for new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing sales staff.
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to help them improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales managers and other key stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in automotive sales to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and soft skills development.
- LMS, e-learning development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from entry-level sales reps to senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong excel.
