Job Description
Hyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a General Manager: Commercial to plan, manage, and monitor commercial vehicle sales activities and processes to drive sales commercial vehicle sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process & Operations
- Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements
- Contribute to strategy development and target setting
- Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage end-to-end sales processes
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs/importers and stakeholders
- Monitor performance against operational plans and adjust as required
- Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain digital and social media sales content aligned to standards
- Resolve operational issues within guidelines
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets in line with policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on budget variances
- Ensure efficient utilisation of assets and resources

Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant qualification (preferred)
