Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Experience: 2-3 years as a Warranty Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers and manufacturers, and ensuring that all warranty information is accurately recorded and maintained. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty information
- Prepare and submit warranty reports as required
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues
- Monitor warranty trends and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding warranty policies and procedures
- Assist with warranty audits and inspections as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management software
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications or training preferred
