Job Title: Sales Executive - New Vehicles
Location: Hyundai Zambezi, Pretoria
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive for new vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of new vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Promote and sell new vehicles from our extensive range, providing information on features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our vehicles
- Negotiate sales prices and financing terms with customers to close sales
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle technologies to effectively sell and promote our products
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in automotive sales, with a focus on new vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment
- Knowledge of automotive financing options and procedures
- Technical knowledge of vehicle features and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
