Key Responsibilities
1. Operational / Process Support
Deliver work according to performance targets, procedures, and service level agreements.
Maintain a neat, clean reception area compliant with OHS standards.
Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
Manage reception and/or switchboard activities effectively.
Receive and distribute documents and goods.
Record and report work activities accurately.
Respond to calls professionally and provide excellent client service.
Identify operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
2. Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Coordinate office correspondence and documentation.
Prepare business documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
Manage appointments, schedules, and communication flow.
Assist with office administration, stock control, and supply management.
Maintain records and support reporting deadlines.
3. Client Service
Assist customers with queries and direct them to relevant departments.
Provide information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Deliver services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Maintain professional client relationships and enhance company reputation.
4. Financial and Office Efficiency
Execute work efficiently to maximise productivity and reduce delays.
Assist with routine financial and administrative transactions where applicable.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Grade 12 / Matric (Administrative qualification advantageous).
Minimum Experience
Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support environment advantageous.
Minimum Skills
Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, internet, and email).
Ability to operate telephone systems and office equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
