Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Service Advisor to join our team. The Technical Service Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and a passion for helping customers solve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner
- Identify and suggest improvements to technical support processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and technical advancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
