Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers on service and repair options
- Estimate costs for repairs and maintenance services and communicate them clearly to customers
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs, track progress, and communicate updates to customers
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional service
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software and systems for estimating and tracking service orders
- Valid driver's license
