Job Description
Role Purpose:
To deliver clerical support in order to process vehicle booking transactions accurately and timeously through
the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Process maximum number of vehicles per day to ensure productivity of service workshop.
• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
• Ensure job cards are properly completed with relevant information (VIN nr, km reading, service history
etc.) and applicable documentation (quotes, service checklist etc.) are attached.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
• Liaise with service advisor and parts department for parts on order for specific vehicle services.
• Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in
area of accountability.
• Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce
unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.
• Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers'
expectations in the business.
• Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers
• Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
• Own and live up to company values.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Computer literacy
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of ethical behaviors and work information confidentiality
• Well-developed knowledge of correct channels of communication use
• Customer oriented
Experience & Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12
• 1-2 years' experience in similar environment
