Position: Sales Executive - New Vehicles
Location: Hyundai Brackenfell
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of new vehicles at our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales of new vehicles by actively promoting and selling to customers.
2. Provide product knowledge and information to customers to assist in their decision-making process.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their new vehicle purchase.
6. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
8. Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
8. Knowledge of new vehicle models and features.
9. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
