We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle any inquiries or issues that may arise in a prompt and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
