The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting new vehicle models, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote new vehicle models
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of new vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Stay updated on new vehicle trends, technologies, and market conditions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
