Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive for used vehicles. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs to customers by showcasing the vehicles, discussing features and benefits, and guiding customers through the buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and ascertain what they are looking for in a vehicle.
2. Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
3. Explain features and benefits of each vehicle to customers.
4. Offer test drives to interested customers.
5. Negotiate prices and terms with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing for customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
8. Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
9. Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory and promotions.
10. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
