Job Summary:

Hyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a Key Account Manager at one of its business units in Retails Parts Distribution Centre. The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to visit all current customers, grow market share via a detailed New Business Development programme. Maintain a good relationship with his/her customers. Ensure reporting is done daily and escalate any issues to the Team Leader and Parts Manager. Ensure that his/her region is thoroughly covered every month by means of formal visits to existing clients and calling to potential new customers. This is a target driven position and performance will be monitored to ensure maximum of sales per month.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Draw up daily visitation schedules

· Daily visitation reports to be submitted by 8:30

· Daily feedback on Estimate report

· New Business Development daily feedback report

· Customer sales analysis report

· Weekly Sales Meeting with Team Leader and Parts Manager

· All Debtors not to exceed 60 days

· Credit limits to be checked monthly

· Drive Price Match and Save a Car Campaigns

· Visit at least 10 excising customers a day.

 

Experience & Requirements:

· Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License

· 5 years’ working experience as a Key Accounts Manager in the Panel Motor Vehicle Repair Industry

· Computer literate

· Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

· Proven experience and success in Panel Sales and Customer Satisfaction

 

Knowledge and Skills:

· Thorough knowledge of the Motor and Panel Repair Industry

· Understanding of Parts Supply Operations

· Microsoft Office Skills

· A Technical understanding of the Motor Vehicle Parts
