Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for automobiles. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing leads, assisting customers in finding the right vehicle, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of leads and contacts in the automotive industry
- Reach out and follow-up with potential customers to drive sales of used vehicles
- Guide customers through the buying process by providing information on specifications, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features of vehicles to potential buyers
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals and repeat business
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, specifically in selling used vehicles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience working with specific automotive brands or dealerships
- Knowledge of financing options and processes in the automotive industry
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages prevalent in the local community
