Warranty Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing warranty claims, maintaining warranty records, and coordinating warranty repairs on behalf of customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warranty claims from customers
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility
- Coordinate warranty repairs with service providers
- Track and maintain warranty records
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and updates
- Assist with warranty-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
- Identify and report any trends or issues related to warranty claims
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school Certificate or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warranty or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
