Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to team members
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales and promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in vehicle sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to success
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or related field 
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
