Job Title: Warranty Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and replacements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate repairs and replacements with vendors and service providers
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on warranty claims and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions
- Assist with warranty policy development and implementation
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in warranty processing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience in the automotive or home appliance industry
- Knowledge of SAP or other warranty management systems
