Job Title: Sales Manager - Used Vehicles
Location: Hyundai Springfield
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our used vehicle department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the used vehicle department
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the service department to ensure high quality standards for pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff and provide feedback and support for their professional development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license
