Job Title: Regional Financial Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our regional branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful financial management and leadership within a multi-location organization. The Regional Financial Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the region
- Provide financial guidance and support to branch managers and regional teams
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the region
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of regional branches
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
- Manage cash flow and financial reporting for the region
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with corporate finance team on regional financial matters
- Oversee the regional financial team and provide leadership and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-site organization
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams
